Terms & Policies


All packages are fulfilled and shipped from our main office in Altoona, Pennsylvania, where we conduct R&D, finalize formulations, manufacture and package the entire range. Orders are typically processed within 3 business days, and sometimes for made-to-order products it might take longer, which in turn we will be sure to inform our customers about this situation.

Domestic Shipping

Currently we ship within The States.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping nation-wide (via USPS Priority) for orders over US$100. All orders including free shipping orders usually take 1 to 3 days to arrive once they have been processed and shipped.

Package Tracking

We will send a notification email as soon as your order has been shipped with a tracking number. You can also log in to your account to obtain this information once the order has been shipped.


We accept returns of orders and our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please contact us via hello@runeholisticskincare.com with your order number and order name. Please note that we do not accept exchanges and that the returns can't be processed without the getting in touch with us first.

We will then respond with a confirmation email with a pre-paid return label and detailed instructions on how to move forward.

We will issue the refund to your original payment method and send an email of notification upon arrival of your return and confirmation that all conditions are met.

Problematic Packages

For broken items, missing items or missing packages, please contact Customer Service ASAP after noticing a problem. For missing packages marked delivered to the address on the order, we require a minimum of 2 business days to file a claim with the carrier before sending a replacement. We are unable to assist with items that arrived broken, missing items, and missing packages outside of the 14-day return policy timeframe and without a photo of the broken items and/or package.


We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal and AliPay.


All payments must be made prior to shipping. We will inform you via email when there's a problem with your payment. You can cancel your order at any time before your order has been shipped.
